Dear Colleagues,

 

Our CALS Faculty Advisory Council meets is this Friday AM.  Topics we will
cover will include:

 

1)      Shared Governance

a.      Importance/significance in CALS

b.      Communications with HODs

c.      Relating it to making CALS the most sought-after workplace

 

2)     Process for RCM2

a.      Philosophy

b.      How much is rule based, how much is judgement/value based

 

3)     Salary increase for faculty

a.      As it pertains to making CALS is the most sought-after work place

 

4)     Recommendation for the Dean to effectively communicate with the CALS
faculty
