Dear Fellow CED,

With all our new faculty and staff, I thought I would ask that you share the
email below from the Ag. Agents Association with those in your office that
might benefit from joining.

Thanks for your help in spreading the word.

Ed

Dear fellow faculty and staff,

The Arizona Agriculture Extension Association (AAEA) is having its annual
membership drive. AAEA is the state association of the National Association
of County Agricultural Agents (NACAA), and is open to all employees of the
University of Arizona interested in research, education and outreach in the
areas of agriculture, horticulture, controlled environment, aquaculture,
forestry, water quality, turf, rangeland and many other areas. We have
bi-annual meetings to promote professional development and learn about the
successful and impactful programs we have in Arizona Cooperative Extension.

The dues are $60 per year and include membership to the AAEA, the NACAA, and
a subscription to the print journal The County Agent. Membership isn't just
for county agriculture agents. Specialists along with program and research
staff will also benefit from the Associations' opportunities for peer
networking and professional development at state and national meetings.
Please share this email with others in your office that may be interested.

Our membership deadline is February 15, 2016. I'm well aware that many of
us are working diligently on our UAVitaes, but this is a great reason to
take a break, click on http://ag.arizona.edu/aaea/ and renew or join. Don't
forget you can use your p-card now to renew your membership by filling out
the following membership form. After you hit the submit button, you will be
able to click to use paypal. If you use paypal the cost is 62.50. The extra
2.50 is for paypal fees.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

We could learn a lot from crayons... Some are sharp, some are pretty and

some are dull. Some have weird names, but all are different colors, and they

all have to live in the same box.
