[CED/CD/EAT] Agenda Items for CED Meeting

Dear CEDs and Center Directors,

 

Are there any recommendations for agenda items for the upcoming Extension
Administrative Retreat?  I welcome ideas for the open meeting (Starts at 3
PM on the 8th and ends at 5 PM on the 9th) as well as our CED/Director
meeting that takes place on the last day (the morning of Thursday, December
10th).  

 

I am working with Kristie, Carolyne, and Dominic to develop the agenda for
the retreat.  Kristie is also contacting the HODs to get input.

 

Please let me know by next Wednesday any recommendations you have.  We
already have down a panel presentation and discussion on integrating
programs.  Anything else?
