[CED/CD/EAT] UAV Systems workshop

To: County Extension Directors & Ag Center Directors,

            At the last County Extension & Ag Center Director Conference
Call on Aug. 26,  we discussed the opportunity of having Kurt Nolte
presenting the ³Field on the Move: Producing Live, Field-Based Educational
Workshops via a mobile, Outdoor Production Studio² workshop.  This workshop
would require a field trip to the Campbell Ave Farm at the CE Administrative
Retreat in December.
            The only possible time would be Thursday morning of the retreat
for the field trip.  This is the time usually set aside for CED¹s to meet
separately from the EAT team.
            Kurt also suggested having this workshop  in the summer,
possibly at the All Faculty Conference in August or another time.
            Please let me know what your preference would be as to when we
could schedule and participate in this remote educational hands-on workshop
using UAV systems, where we practice flying the UAV systems.
