Susan,

My feeling is that each county is unique and has something special that reflects that in their topography.  I would be in favor of guidelines with respect to logos etc. and freedom to use something unique to our area.  This would, in my opinion, go over much better with my Board of Supervisors, who are one of the key audiences that we want to reach with these reports.   That way we don't dilute the University role while keeping the local uniqueness.
