Please find the attached hiring process.  This process has been in place for some time, but never in a single document.  I’ve also included advice to increase the strength and diversity of candidate pools, recruitment strategy advice, and some legal advice regarding the review of candidates and records retention issues.

I will also share the attached with your business offices shortly.  It will be posted on the Administrative Services website for future reference as well.  Please let me know if you have questions.  Thank you.
