[CED] New Hampshire Extension

Friends,

After a question on the call yesterday about the future of Extension, I
thought it might be instructive to share the following article about
re-structuring Extension in New Hampshire.  To my knowledge, no state has
"shut down" Extension, but several states are reorganizing because of budget
cuts.  South Dakota, Illinois and now New Hampshire are among those, but no
state is disbanding Extension.  Thanks to Peter Ellsworth for sharing this
