[CED] DRAFT Agenda

Attached with this email is a draft of the most current agenda for our
upcoming CED meetings set for February 22-24th.  Please take a look at this
and let us know if you see something that we have overlooked or missed.  It
is still a work in progress, but I think it is shaping us nicely to include
some very important discussions you have all indicated that we need to have.
