<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo2">Networking as a group - 83% <o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo2">The majority of respondents indicated benefits from hearing about: specific programs efforts, the "Unpanel" discussion, hearing about APR & promotion information, having a State Dept.
of Ag update, and the program development sessions led by Peter Ellsworth and Chrisopher Jones.<o:p></o:p></li></ul>
<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2">79% of respondents indicated their professional skills had improved as a result of their participation, 13% indicated possible improvements, and 8% indicated no improvement.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2">Participants shared the following intent:<o:p></o:p></li><ul style="margin-top:0in" type="circle">
<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo2">“Communicate with people from other counties I meet at the retreat.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo2">Rent a vehicle instead of driving my personal vehicle (I do not have a work vehicle-so you already know I am not a county agent)<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo2">I will reach out to the connections I made.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo2">I really appreciated discussion about the different ways to do extension, and relying on your own "brand" of doing it while also learning from others. I have reached out to colleagues
about different means of needs assessment but am also trying to lean in more to my own way of reaching out to stakeholders<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo2">The unpanel was awesome, will look for ways to use this at stakeholder events!<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo2">Please include IRes and tribal extension programs.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo2">Get more involvement in FRTEP Programs. FRTEP Agents do a presentation on their programs.
<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo2">Since this meeting, I’ve become more aware of the value of broader collaboration, and I plan to seek out more opportunities across teams and disciplines to amplify our impact and share
resources<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo2">I'm going to think more about how to use the un-panel approach in our Extension programming.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo2">Not to hesitate to collaborate with State Specialists and Area Agents for programming assistance.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo2">Work with co-workers more often<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo2">Start thinking about developing strategies to assess impacts of my program<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo2">Include Department Heads & Experiment Station Director in statewide outreach efforts”<o:p></o:p></li></ul>
<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2">76% of respondents indicated extreme satisfaction and 24% were somewhat satisfied with the event.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2">96% felt the event was worth their time and effort and 4% felt it was somewhat worth their investment.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2">Problems we need to focus improvement on included:<o:p></o:p></li><ul style="margin-top:0in" type="circle">
<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo2">Improving communication ahead of the event.
<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo2">TAs should be set-up universally and travel reimbursement simpler.<o:p></o:p></li></ul>
