Colleagues,

Western Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education 2013 Calls for
Proposals have been posted and are now available on line. Please visit

http://www.westernsare.org/Grants/Types-of-Grants to review the five
different grant programs and download PDFs of the Calls for
Proposals. I am hoping that we might be able to submit a grant
application for each of the 5 areas this year. I would appreciate
any feedback or answer any questions that you might have.

Please note that the "Research and Education" or "Chapter
1" Call for pre-Proposals has a new focus and format, so read the
Call carefully. A new emphasis is the building of a team of scientists,
producers, outreach specialists and others to use interdisciplinary
approaches to address issues related to sustaining agriculture.

If you have any questions, please let me know or you can call the Utah
SARE office at 435 - 797- 2257,
