Dear Extension Faculty and Staff,

We are pleased to announce a meeting of the Arizona Agriculture Extension Association (AAEA) on December 8-9.  The agenda is below.  The meeting, which will be held at the Meats Labs at the Campus Ag. Center, includes a BBQ  Dinner which will take place at 5:00 PM on December 8th.  The cost of the BBQ is $26 (the per diem for dinner for Tucson during this time).  The menu is brisket, chicken, with three sides (salad, beans, coleslaw) and a roll.  All faculty and staff are welcomed to join us.  I need to get an estimate of who will be attending to assure we order the correct amount of food.  Please reply to Ed Martin (ecmartin at email.arizona.edu<mailto:ecmartin at email.arizona.edu>) by this Friday, December 2.
