I'd like to share with you some very good news from Provost Folks this morning. The Division of Agriculture, Life and Veterinary Sciences, and Cooperative Extension is now home to Arizona's first public veterinary medical education program. With the AVMA
Council on Education's Letter of Reasonable Assurance, the College of Veterinary Medicine is now able to begin marketing its program and accepting applications for Fall 2020.</div>

to establish the state's first public College of Veterinary Medicine. The University received notice from the American Veterinary Medical Association Council on Education granting the College of Veterinary Medicine a Letter of Reasonable Assurance. This launches
the College on its path toward full accreditation.</i></div>

achieve this remarkable accomplishment. I especially want to congratulate Dean Julie Funk and her team for making this dream a reality. We are preparing to accept our first class in the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Program in the fall of 2020.</i></div>
