Updating Emergency Contact Information

[Agriculture, Life and Veterinary Sciences, and Cooperative Extension Weekly Bulletin]

Good morning, everyone,

Please take the time ASAP to check and if necessary, to update, your emergency contact information in UAccess.

I assure you that the UofA would never use that information for anything other than an emergency - but in case of emergency, it's beyond helpful to have accurate information.

This is easy (details below) - should take about a minute, tops. Thank you so much.

            Click on Employee/Manager Self Service

            Click on Personal Information

            On the left side of the page, click on Emergency Contacts

            If your preferred contact is listed, there is nothing for you to do. IF you need to update/change, click on the > icon at the right side of the page. It will ask for the Relationship of this person to you, their address, and a contact phone number.
