Reminder: division emergency resources

Colleagues,

Welcome to the fall semester. A group of dedicated individuals from CCT and our Marketing & Communications teams have been hard at work updating more than 100 websites to be on the newest software platform. Thank you to them!

One of the updated websites is our emergency resources: https://compass.arizona.edu/emergencies. Please save the new location in your bookmarks. This site includes resources, training suggestions, and individual building emergency walk throughs. Please use these as onboarding resources.

Also, the university has a new emergency app called SafeCats<https://safety.arizona.edu/safecats> that is free to download on Apple or Android devices. This app has lots of features for faculty, staff, and students.

If you did not receive UAlert<https://safety.arizona.edu/ualert> notifications over the last two weeks (real and test messages), please update your personal contact information in UAccess Employee (the system you use to fill out your timesheets). UAlert pulls your cell phone number directly from UAccess Employee. For those located at a different campus than main campus, UAlert now offers additional campus locations that you can select for emergency notices (Tucson, Greater Phoenix, Oro Valley, and Sierra Vista).
