Reminder: Annual performance reviews

[Agriculture, Life and Veterinary Sciences, and Cooperative Extension Weekly Bulletin]

Dear Colleagues,

As the academic and fiscal years end, I would like to remind everyone to complete your annual performance reviews. According to University and ABOR policies, all faculty and staff will receive a performance review once every 12 months. While faculty receive these reviews through routinized process, many staff say they never or inconsistently receive reviews from their supervisor.

Given the salary increase program announced by President Garimella to start October 2025, current performance reviews are even more important this year. Performance documentation is one factor that may be used by supervisors or departmental leaders when making decisions about compensation.

You should receive direction about your performance review, if you haven't already, from your supervisor. Please complete all performance reviews no later than June 30.
