Hope your semester is off to a great start!

The DEI Council<https://alvsce.arizona.edu/dei/> has worked with Dr. Paul Melendez<https://eller.arizona.edu/people/paul-melendez>, University Distinguished Outreach Professor at the Eller College of Management, to create a special three-part workshop designed to explore emotional intelligence and its impact on interpersonal skills and communication, leadership and supervision techniques that incorporate knowledge of unconscious bias, and strategies to build trust for improve relationships and decision-making.  Everyone is welcome and the events are hybrid for those who cannot join in person.  The first module is Wednesday, September 6th.  More information and the RSVP link are in the attached flyer.  This is a great way to grow through professional development and meet faculty and staff within CALES, Cooperative Extension, and the Experiment Station.
