COMING SOON: Child Care Survey

[Agriculture, Life and Veterinary Sciences, and Cooperative Extension Weekly Bulletin]

Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to share that I am currently serving on the Campus Early Childhood Education and Care Working Group<https://universityinitiatives.arizona.edu/childcare>. This working group is building upon previous child care and early childhood education initiatives at the University in order to better understand current needs and challenges.

As part of a comprehensive feasibility study, a Child Care Survey will be deployed to all University students and employees in the coming weeks.

Students and employees who have a child under the age of 12, or who plan to have, adopt, or foster a child within the next two years, will be eligible to complete the Child Care Survey.

I know child care is very important to ALVSCE, and I am writing to give you advanced notice of the upcoming survey. If you are eligible, I urge you to complete the survey which will inform ongoing conversations about how to best meet the child care needs of our campus community and has the potential to improve the overall quality of life for our faculty, staff, and students with young children.
