Hello,

Several resources are (rapidly!) coming online to help faculty and staff know more about the available technologies for working and teaching remotely. Most immediate is a series of training session hosted by the Office of Instructional Assessment (OIA) today and tomorrow. The first one starts at 10am today.

OIA is offering the following in-person sessions to give a broad overview of the strategies and technologies that can help instructors start thinking about how to move forward.
Location for all sessions:   ILC 120

*         Thursday, March 12  10:00 - 11:00AM

*         Thursday, March 12  2:00 - 3:00PM

*         Friday, March 13  10:00 - 11:00AM

*         Friday, March 13  2:00 - 3:00PM

We are also offering two sessions via Zoom:

A typical Zoom meeting can host up to 500 participants - and any employee can host their own meeting by going to https://arizona.zoom.us. If you plan on using Zoom more regularly, you should check out the settings page (https://arizona.zoom.us/profile/setting) to learn how to enable add-ons such as polls, break-out rooms, and recordings.
