Everyone, please find attached the latest Center on Budget and Policy Priorities (CBPP) report on state funding of higher education entitled "State Higher Education Funding Cuts Have Pushed Costs to Students, Worsened Inequality."  Alaska has been in the news a lot in the last year.  It makes an interesting contrast to Arizona.
