<p class="MsoNormal">Fall semester is rapidly approaching and student service professionals have been hard at work orienting new students, supporting those in summer courses, and planning for an impactful academic year for our undergraduate students. To guide
 this work, many of us have been using the results from the CALS Annual Student Satisfaction Survey. We had a strong response at the end of spring semester and are proud to share the results. You will find the full report as well as an “Insights and Actions”
 document attached to this email for your review. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The <b>top five insights</b> are:<o:p></o:p></p>

<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">CALS can increase awareness about key services and engagement opportunities.
<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Increasing equity promotes students feeling supported.
