<p class="MsoNormal">It is hard to believe we are almost halfway through the Spring 2022 term. I hope preparation for summer and fall enrollment is going well for you and your teams.

<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I wanted to provide an update regarding late change petitions. In Spring 2020, the decision was made to allow students to submit late change petitions past the deadline as a result of the impacts of Covid-19. This practice continued through
Fall/Winter 2021. Effective Spring 2022, we will no longer accept late change petitions after the deadline. Any petition submitted by a student after the deadline will be denied by the Office of the Registrar.

<p class="MsoNormal">I understand there are times when colleges and academic units may support a student’s request to withdraw from a class after the late change petition deadline. In these situations, when extenuating circumstances exist and the college/academic
unit supports the request, an <b><span style="color:#C00000">administrative change of schedule request</span></b> may be submitted by the advising director for review by our office.
