All of the career fairs are hosted from 4pm to 6pm and we have received several questions regarding the format. Beginning at 4pm all employers participating in the fair will give a brief overview of the organization and the positions they are recruiting for
(internship or full time). Then there will be three breakout sessions at ~4:30pm, ~5pm, and ~5:30pm. This will allow you to visit three different employers and learn more about the organization, how to apply to their opportunities, and schedule a 1:1 follow-up
meeting or interview. <strong class="">If you have class or other commitments and can only attend one breakout, that is fine.</strong> This is an outstanding way to connect with employers and take the next steps to securing an internship or full-time position
because these employers are looking specifically for CALS students.</div>
