Director of Transfer Pathways is to supervise and ensure effective and consistent delivery of ASEMS best practices across all ASEMS programming for community college transfer students. This role will also serve as the Project Manager for the Pima-UAZ S-STEM

<p style="margin:0in"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif;color:#323A45">The Arizona’s Science, Engineering, and Math Scholars Program (ASEMS) is designed to improve retention, persistence in STEM, academic performance, and graduation
rates for students who are first generation, from low-income households, have disabilities, are veterans, or who have transferred from a community college and are pursuing a degree in a STEM field (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics). This position
will directly supervise 1.75 ASEMS staff and oversee the training for staff, peer mentors, and tutors supporting ASEMS transfer programming. This individual will work to fulfill the stated mission and goals of the ASEMS Program set forth by the ASEMS Board.<br>

This role will also seek to identify and communicate ways to improve the success of STEM community college transfer students at our institution, including potentially building STEM partnerships with additional community colleges and tribal colleges. This position
would manage the current ASEMS partnerships with Pima Community College and Diné College.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
