<p class="MsoNormal">We have added a limited supply of wifi hot spot devices that can be borrowed through referral only, to ensure they are loaned to students who are in the greatest need (and not those who have other viable options but like the idea of free
internet access). Thus, we do not include hot spots listed on the public-facing tech lending web page. The referrals come from our partners the Thrive Center, cultural centers, and Native American Initiatives. Michell McKelvey in the Thrive Center is the referral
point person, and can provide additional details.<o:p></o:p></p>
