Leading From a Distance Series.<br>

In the <strong>May 20<sup>th</sup> session (<em>tomorrow</em>), Clarifying Goals</strong>, learn how to set new goals for your unit as you adjust to changes in capacity and available work hours. In addition to receiving guidance on how to have conversations
with your managers, direct reports, clients, and partners to clarify your unit's new scope and timelines, you will also be given four hands-on tools to help you with this process. <br>

In the <strong>June 3<sup>rd</sup> session, Leveraging Strengths</strong>, learn how to identify and capitalize on the strengths of individuals in your unit as you figure out how to approach work differently and re-task projects to meet revised goals and timelines.
Discussion will focus on creating accountability in a remote environment and helping your team members grow during adversity.</span></span></div>
