as our on-campus programs later this summer. Thank you again for your patience as we navigate all of this! </span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><span style="color:black">With that being said, I'm now able to provide you all with a few concrete updates: our remaining out of state <b>Orientation sessions in both Chicago and
California have been cancelled</b>. We will work with these students to move them to other sessions. In addition, <b>on campus sessions for May and June will be transitioned to virtual sessions</b>. At this time, July and August sessions remain in person.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><span style="color:black"> </span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><span style="color:black">As you can imagine, our office is beginning to work through a variety of different logistical aspects in light of these changes. One of the biggest pieces
that we will be working through is an online digital Orientation option (via a D2L course) for our First-Year students. Our goal is to get this project, as well as a Transfer digital Orientation option, kicked into high gear so that we can have a finished
product for students who we are no longer able to host in person. As you know, I sent an email to all of you last week that included some guidance for the First-Year D2L Orientation course. I have attached the template that was given to us by Marketing for
you all to use as a resource. In addition to the template, I have also included a zip file of various images that you might want to use in your presentations so that we can maintain a consistent look and feel. We will be working closely with all of you to
determine if we can host real-time sessions and more. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
