March 2020</span></a></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#002451">, we will have one location on campus for all SSRI services </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">for</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#002451"> student</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">s
on </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#002451">campus </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">who need</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#002451"> to meet with a student success professional in person. We are calling this location
the <b>Student Success Information Center</b>. Here are specific details about how we will operationalize the center:</span><o:p></o:p></p>

<span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#002451">The Student Success Information Center will be on the first floor of the SALT Center, Patricia A. Bartlett Building. All other floors of the building will be locked. The center will be open M-F <a href="outlook-data-detector://7"><span style="color:#0078D7">from
8</span></a></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><a href="outlook-data-detector://7"><span style="color:#0078D7">am</span></a></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#002451"><a href="outlook-data-detector://7"><span style="color:#0078D7">-</span></a></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><a href="outlook-data-detector://7"><span style="color:#0078D7">8pm</span></a></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#002451">.</span><o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="color:black;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo3;background:white">
<span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#002451;background:white">Through the center, students who are on campus can make contact with a staff member who can offer care, support, and referral to services. </span><o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="color:black;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo3;background:white">
<span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#002451;background:white">The center will be staffed by a small group of staff from all SSRI Offices.</span><o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="color:black;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo3;background:white">
<span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#002451;background:white">Precautionary steps for additional cleansing of all surfaces will be done throughout the day as well as practicing safe social distancing. </span><o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="color:black;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo3;background:white">
<span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#002451">Staff who are higher risk for COVID-19, or who are caregivers or live with individuals who are higher risk of COVID-19, will not work in the center.</span><o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="color:black;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo3;background:white">
<span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#002451">All other SSRI locations, with the exception of CATS Academics in the Ginny A. Clements Center, will be closed. The Ginny A. Clements Center will be open with reduced hours under the direction of Athletics.</span><o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="color:black;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo3;background:white">
<b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#51A7F9"><a href="outlook-data-detector://9"><span style="color:#0078D7">Tomorrow morning</span></a>, all SSRI offices will have clear signage posted about the Student Success Information Center. Please see attached and
share or use as you see fit.</span></b><o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="color:black;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo3;background:white">
<b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#C82613">Attached is a helpful information sheet on dealing with stress related to the current situation. Please share widely.</span></b><o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="color:black;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo3;background:white">
<span style="font-size:12.0pt">Many</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#002451"> SSRI employees</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> will be encouraged to work </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#002451">from home</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt">,
providing they have adequate internet and telephone service to allow this.</span><o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="color:black;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo3;background:white">
<span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#002451">All supports and services, or as much as possible, will be offered online. We are updating all websites with clear headers describing how students can access services online.</span><o:p></o:p></li></ol>
