<div style="direction:ltr">It is possible to have both devices open at once with multiple program use on each device - in this example, Surface and Chromebook. Please try this during this preparation transition time to see if it is functional for you. The CAS
advisors successfully troubleshooted Zoom on the Chromebook. If this does not work please work with your unit first on borrowing or obtaining a functional laptop to perform your duties.

<p class="x_x_MsoNormal">We have some Chromebooks with webcam functionality available in Forbes 203. Would your device plus a Chromebook allow you to be fully functional to have zoom and phone availability for students and potential zoom meetings?

CAS advising unit in Forbes 203 will be open until 5pm today Friday (3/13) to get a loan Chromebook. We will also hold more virtual zoom and phone appointments, and drop-ins via Trellis for the next couple of weeks at least through April 6. Next week we will
have in person availability through Tuesday 3/17 and case by case basis after that. CAS advising team will be available during regular business hours Monday-Friday via Skype IM, email at

same and no other deadline dates have been adjusted at this time. We are working on updating our systems and websites to make these adjusted dates public/operational. We will not be changing the official start date of the session to allow for minimal disruption
