<div>On these 2 EWRE students with the above risk value, it is specific to effective term Spring 2021, because they both are admitted to our graduate degree program. I think in future reports, if possible, perhaps adding the effective term for the holds would
be helpful. Another idea would be to add the EGT term as a criteria to the report, so that we might be able to filter for those intending to complete their degree and not planning on returning for a future semester.<br>

As soon as you have a chance before the weekend, each advisor can reach out, via mail merge, to the students that have a hold that will block their priority registration. In the attached spreadsheet, there is a tab for each major. The attached word document
can be the foundation of your mail merge email. You are welcome to add your traditional email signature to the bottom of the word document and adjust greetings, etc. to make it sound like your voice.
