<p class="MsoNormal">I hope that your first “week” of classes has been a good one. As you likely noticed in the Academic Eligibility Warning Plan (attached for easy reference), major advisors are slated to reach out to your students today to get the ball rolling
on them setting up a meeting with you. To assist you with the process, I am providing a sample template below. Feel free to use it, tweak it, or use your own and send through Emma or whatever email method works best for you.
