<p class="MsoNormal">In preparation for our Retreat, as well as the upcoming semester, our Professional Development Committee was hoping to obtain some feedback regarding the current semester in order to make all of our time and efforts worthwhile.

<p class="MsoNormal">The reason we are reaching out ahead of time is to request that you fill out this quick form prior to the retreat so we can make our time together more meaningful. We will be booking a Motivational Interviewing Training for February and
will need an idea of when a majority are available so we can book it now. Please refer to
