<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in"><span style="font-size:16.0pt;color:#1F3864;background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">Effective Fall 2019</span><span style="font-size:16.0pt;color:#1F3864">, students using the GI Bill who qualify for a monthly housing
allowance can now count hybrid classes as in-person and possibly qualify for a larger MHA. Previously, a student had to be enrolled in at least 1 unit of in-person class-time to qualify for the higher rate.
