<p class="MsoNormal">Nominations for membership in the Dean’s Leadership 50 (DL50) are now open. As you prepare for students to return or if you encounter an exceptional freshman that might benefit from and enjoy participating in the DL50 please nominate them.
Keep in mind in order to be eligible students must be enrolled in a CALS Major, have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better, and it is preferred they have 3 semester before graduation (2 is accepted in some cases).

<p class="MsoNormal">The reason to nominate students is it encourages participation from students who might not be willing to put themselves out there, and nominations encourage a greater representation from all CALS majors. Nominees will be contacted and
encouraged to apply, during the selection process your nomination will provide bonus points for students. Students may self-nominate for consideration and all will go through the same selection process.<o:p></o:p></p>
