<p class="MsoNormal">The professional networking site LinkedIn can be a bit intimidating for students, but also for faculty and staff. During the semester the CALS Career Center holds LinkedIn presentations and labs to help students develop their profiles,
but we haven’t offered support for faculty and staff. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Now we are offering a faculty and staff LinkedIn Day. Next week on Wed. (Aug. 21<sup>st</sup>) we will be available to help all CALS Faculty and Staff build or perfect their LinkedIn profiles. We will start the day in Marley 230 at 9:30
with a presentation covering the basics of the site and how it can be better leveraged. After the presentation, Valeria Martinez and I will hold a LinkedIn Lab from 11:00am until 3:30pm (or later if needed) in Forbes 202 for one-on-one coaching. It is not
required to attend the presentation to participate in the lab, but it will be helpful. If you plan on attending the lab session please bring your laptop. Oh and of course this is a Career Center event so there will be snacks.<o:p></o:p></p>
