Earlier this year, University of Arizona Trademarks & Licensing rolled out a new system for purchasing promotional products through the BookStores, the Direct to Campus program. We understood this was a big change from how you traditionally ordered Arizona
branded promotional products, but we knew having one source for all orders would help the University leverage our overall buying power over time. We communicated it would be bumpy at first and we encouraged feedback so the program could be made better. Today,
we believe that this has been a successful pilot and are thankful that the BookStores could help us test this model. Thank you for the more than 1500 orders that were processed to date.<br>

Reflecting on what we’ve heard from our valued partners across campus, we’ve begun to leverage our buying power, which is good, but we’ve also experienced issues around order processing systems. We’ve researched how to fix these issues and it will take a significant
investment in systems and personnel to create the experience you deserve. Knowing we are all trying to keep expenses minimal, it appears at this point the investment in time and infrastructure will not outweigh the savings anytime soon.<br>

<strong><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Effective July 19, 2019, the Direct to Campus request portal is no longer required to order promotional products.</span></strong> Departments, colleges and student clubs can contact one of our 12 licensed
vendors (plus 4 additional vendors for trophies and awards only) below directly to request promotional product quotes. In addition, the same guidelines will still apply to all scrubs and lab/white coat orders—Anton Sport and ProForma are the exclusive suppliers
