<b>Saturday August 4, 2018</b>. On behalf of the university it was not an optional session. We have made the building manager in CALS (Wesley Hall) aware of this with the understanding that buildings should be unlocked. To try to prevent mishaps we were
hoping that advisors would like to take care of their advising in the Forbes building instead for this session. If you would like a room in the Forbes building during the advising times please let Maria Bueno (<a href="mailto:mbueno@email.arizona.edu">mbueno@email.arizona.edu</a>)
and copy both Amanda and myself on the email. Thank you once again for your assistance in welcoming our transfer students.
