<p class="MsoNormal">To apply to be the student speaker, please write a 1 - 2 minute speech for delivery at the CALS Graduation Convocation. Your remarks ought to tell the audience what your education in CALS and the University has meant to you and what the

<p class="MsoNormal">Speeches will be reviewed by a committee of CALS academic advisors and faculty. Finalists will be asked to deliver their speech before the committee on Thursday, May 3, 2018 (UA Reading Day). The committee will then select the student speaker.
