The institution has not published a business process guide to manage the charging and refunding of program fees and differential tuition.  Inconsistent practices can create issues for students who change their major during the semester.  Effective immediately
 the following business process will be followed to ensure consistent practices are followed for charging and refunding program fees/differential tuition.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">To ensure consistency of business practices related to program fee processing, all departments and academic programs shall adhere to the following:
