The training teaches basic crisis intervention skills, concepts and techniques. In addition, it examines various types of crimes and the specific victimization dynamics that victims of the crimes may face, including common trauma reactions. This training is also the gateway into volunteering or participating in an internship with the Victim Services Division.<br>

The training will be held at the Tucson Police Substation located at 1310 W. Miracle Mile from 6:00pm-9:00pm every Monday and Wednesday for six weeks. Anyone interested in attending the training or volunteering with the division must come to one of the informational sessions, February 9<sup>th</sup> and 18<sup>th</sup>. </span></span></div>

<strong>UA Global Ambassador Program applications for 2015-2016 are now open!</strong> The UA Global Ambassador Program is now a for-credit internship program for UA students who are interested in bridging cultures between American students and international students and serving as ambassadors for the international/global community. <br>
Undergraduate Global Ambassadors will earn 3 internship units of Educational Leadership 393 and Graduate Global Ambassadors will earn 3 units of Educational Leadership 693 for participating in this program (2 units for the Fall semester, 1 unit for the Spring semester). The Bloomberg Aptitude Test (BAT) is a<strong> free</strong> aptitude exam that helps students <strong>discover their strengths</strong> across 8 key performance areas in business and finance and <strong>connect with employers looking to fill internship and full-time entry level positions</strong>.<br>
<br>
After taking the BAT, student scores are anonymously entered into the Bloomberg Talent Search database, which is searched daily by over 20,000 Bloomberg clients. The BAT allows students of <strong>all majors and ages</strong> to compete on a level playing field for the <strong>most sought after career opportunities in the finance industry</strong>. <br>

To <strong><em>minimize this burden</em></strong> we will now require students to have one the course selection worksheet completed and approved <strong><em>after</em></strong> the NSE placement in March or April.<br>
