Additionally, students who are fluent in Spanish will conduct telephone interviews with families of the missing to obtain personally identifiable information about their loved ones that could be useful in making matches. Excursions include meetings with food producers, visits to olive oil, pasta, and cheese processing plants as well as touring of historic sites.<br> <br>This course is designed for students who have minimum junior standing, junior, and senior students in nutritional sciences, biological, physiological and related biomedical sciences, as well as undergraduate students who have a comparable background in the science and health fields.<br>This unique program begins on May 19th 2014 with coursework at the University of Arizona in Tucson, then continues from May 25 through June 20th, 2014in Verona, Italy.
