If so, you’re invited to a Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper Training offered by the Campus Health Service. At the end of this interactive training, participants will be able to recognize the warning signs of suicide, know how to offer hope, and learn how to help save a life. Suicide is the second leading cause of death among college students, and Academic Advisors are in a unique role to be a lifeline to students who may be struggling with suicidal thoughts.
