Students will be able to submit GRO requests by accessing a WebAuth link that will take them to an online GRO form. The link will be accessed through the Registrar’s website: <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><a href="http://www.registrar.arizona.edu/sites/default/files/GRO%20Fall%202012%20NO%20LINK.pdf">http://www.registrar.arizona.edu/sites/default/files/GRO%20Fall%202012%20NO%20LINK.pdf</a><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>The form will auto-populate with all the student’s information so that the only fields that need to be completed are course information fields. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>The link will only be accessible during the GRO filing period. For the Fall 2012 term, the GRO filing period is August 20<sup>th</sup> through September 14<sup>th</sup>. <b><span style='color:#C00000'>The link will be live at 5:00 p.m. today.</span></b> There will no longer be a form on the website for students to print. Students must use the online form. Students who visit the Registration and Transcripts Office in Administration 210 to pick up a GRO form will instead be given a half sheet with instructions guiding them to the online form. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>GRO requests will be processed within 48 hours. Students will be notified by email that their request has been approved and processed. They will also receive an email if we are unable to process and the reason(s) why.
