The students are a mixed group of Freshman, Transfer and Exchange (visiting) students.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>On the attachment I have indicated if they are an exchange student with an “exch” next to their names. If they have a “NS” next to their name they are students that had originally signed up but did not show up to the college meeting. I also identified who the Freshman are with an “FR” next to their names.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>We have four Freshman in the group in ABEM and NUSC. These four students will be the only ones that will have a pre-schedule. All other students will register for classes based on what you advise them to take. The Freshman pre-schedules will be delivered to your offices by 12:45pm today. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><b>Advising is scheduled from 1:00-2:30pm at Advisor locations</b>. Students can then be referred to the ILC Information Commons computer lab to register for classes (or make schedule changes).<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Exchange students will give you an idea based of the type of courses they are looking for comparable to the major they are working towards in their home institution. They selected the major on the list based on similarity from their original majors. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Thanks in advance for helping these students.
