I would like to ease any confusion on how to get your Chemistry courses evaluated!!! We require the Transfer Evaluation form to be completed and submitted to me along with the course description (which you can put the web address on the form) or the course syllabi for evaluation. We are pretty quick once we get everything we need, 24-48 hours is the response time. We have moved our Chemistry and Biochemistry Advising office to Old Chemistry, 210. Students can send all the information via email: klreams@email.arizona.edu.

I realize how frustrating it is to get everything evaluated and we are looking to make the process as seamless as possible. If you have any questions let me know. We also will allow Major advisors to add the Chemistry Minor or have your students contact me so that I can advise them and add it. Either way works for me!! I do require they meet with me for the Degree Check for the Minor. So many tricks to it, I wouldn’t wish it upon anyone of you!

Here is the link to the form: http://www.cbc.arizona.edu/transfer_evaluation

Have a great summer!!!!

Take care,

Keri L.
