The <br>UAccess team is working on this. In the meantime, please direct these<br>students to the Math Department room 108, or <a href="mailto:placement@math.arizona.edu">placement@math.arizona.edu</a><br>with a request to add math 100B. <br><br>2) <b>Next Steps:</b><br>All incoming students make their first attempt at the UA Math Placement<br>Test through the Next Steps Center, nextsteps.arizona.edu, prior to the first<br>day of classes . Next Steps is only available through Jan 10, 2012, as <br>it is a portal for incoming students. On Jan 11, everyone is a current <br>student and testing is then through the UA Testing Office.<br><br><b>Transfer students</b> may not need to test, but should click on and READ<br>the information on the Math Links in Next Steps, and REFRESH their <br>checklist in order to get the OK (!) on the math portions. This will <br>not impede their ability to register. That is tied to completion of the <br>Online Academic Tour. We are hearing from many transfer students <br>about this, so please help me get the word out.<br><br>3) Please direct students with <b>math placement questions</b> to <a href="mailto:placement@math.arizona.edu">placement@math.arizona.edu</a>,<br>Math Department room 108, or 520 621 6892. Email is preferred.
