We consistently heard how helpful, welcoming and friendly folks were, and knowing that we saw 7393 students and 5350 parents/guests makes all of that positive feedback even more impressive. It is the combination of hard work, perseverance and general enjoyment for what we do that leaves this positive impression on the participants, and I cannot say enough to recognize how each of you helped make UA Orientation a good experience for everyone coming through the program.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>The next stage of the orientation process for students is the events of Wildcat Welcome. As you work with individuals coming back to campus, remind them to check out the <a href="http://welcome.arizona.edu">http://welcome.arizona.edu</a> website for the schedule of events, and to follow @WildcatReady, the official twitter handle of Wildcat Welcome. We want incoming students to continue to build their relationships with the institution, and the events of the next 10 days are designed to do just that. I also encourage you to stop by the events as your schedule allows. I specifically want to extend to you an invitation to New Student Convocation, this Sunday, August 21 at 6pm, which has been re-imagined to be more focused on Wildcat traditions and moved to the McKale Center so that we are better able to accommodate the incoming class.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Thank you again for everything you have done this year.
