Folks,
As we prepare for the upcoming semester, I’m reaching out to ask for your assistance in reviewing our academic unit websites to ensure the accuracy of degree information, program offerings, and directories.
For advisors:
Your attention to detail is greatly appreciated—accurate, student-friendly information is critical for helping prospective and current students navigate their academic paths. Please submit your review and any edit requests by Monday January 19.
Please focus your attention on:

  *
Clear and current program descriptions of degrees, minors, and certificates
  *
Any outdated or incorrect content related to academic offerings, graduate coordinators, advisors represented, etc.

For unit heads & business managers:
Please review directories, as well as research, extension and about pages to ensure we have the most up-to-date information reflected. If you would like to assign this to an individual not copied here, please let me know who has been tasked with this request and I'll be sure to include them in the future.

CALES Communications & Marketing will be offering 2 website trainings this Spring:

Tuesday January 20th at 8am
Friday January 30th at 12:00pm
