[Agvisors] Email regarding holds sent today 5-12-25

Greetings Agvisors team,

Please note that an email regarding holds was sent erroneously to students this morning/early afternoon (screenshot shared by one of the students with their advisor is below – “original message sent”). I was also caught off guard and reached out to Rachel to inquire further. She confirmed it was sent erroneously due to a university transition change taking place with Marketing Cloud. She sent a follow up email soon after. Refer to her email below for further context.  Email responses were being sent to cales-advising at teams.arizona.edu<mailto:cales-advising at teams.arizona.edu> but wanted to also let all of you know since some students reached out to you directly (from what I gauged in Teams Chat).

I included the date on the subject line since we do plan to send out emails to students that truly have holds on their accounts and haven’t registered, yet. We’ll get to that later this week if not next week.  I’ll work with Rachel on this and will send confirmations to all when they have been sent out.

Thanks, Rachel for sending the email below to the students that received the message in error.

For the team members that receive responses to the CALES-advising at teams.arizona.edu<mailto:CALES-advising at teams.arizona.edu>, Rachel sends her apologies on this email mishap.  She informed me and passing this along to you all, that she is having to rebuild all our Journeys with our Marketing Cloud business unit being shut down. This seems to have caused an error in creation of the new Journey, and that email went out to all students.   Trellis is a bit of a mess right now with the change over. She is trying to shut down all her Journeys, but not catching some errors in time.

She has already sent the email below telling them it was an error.
