Hello Everyone!

Below you will find our weekly updates.

IMPORTANT - As of July 1, 2025, Summer/Fall 2025 admits (Domestic First-Year and Transfer) students will no longer be able to interact with the Enrollment Fee.  The Enrollment Fee item will be turned off for this population of students.

International students will still be able to make their commitment past the July 1 deadline.

Fall 2025 -

  *   First-Year domestic Main campus students - May 15, 2025
  *   Transfer domestic Main campus students - June 16, 2025 (Since June 15 was on the weekend)
  *   First-Year/Transfer International Main campus students - NO LONGER REFUNDABLE

Orientation - Academic Connection Dates

These are INTERNAL dates/numbers only.  Please do not share with ANYONE. These numbers will be updated each Monday morning.  We will be highlighting the number of sessions that are happening during that upcoming week, but you will be able to access this file continuously.

Remember: Students cannot attend their Academic Connection Date if they have not completed their Arizona Arrival 5 days before their session.

You can view Arizona Arrival completion in a couple of different areas. You will be able to find the AZA status and completion date in the UA Next Steps Admin<https://student851.uaccess.arizona.edu/psp/uazsaprd_25/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/c/UA_SA_CUSTOM.UA_AD016_NEXTSTEPS.GBL> page of UAccess. Additionally, you can now view the same information in the Application tab of Slate by clicking Details & Information.

 Note: This data will now only show when the student has fully completed the last section of AZA, instead of showing the status of each section.

As our summer kicks off, please remember to utilize all the resources provided by our team. Destination Arizona

  *   Destination Arizona will be hosted Thursday, August 21 - Saturday, August 23, 2025.

Parent & Family Programs

  *   Family Essentials Orientation<https://uafamily.arizona.edu/family-essentials-orientation>s: We are halfway through, they will continue to run through Wed. July 2.. If Students have completed their academic session and would still like to add a parent or family member, they can email us at Uafamily at email.arizona.edu<mailto:Uafamily at email.arizona.edu> to request access.
     *   Otherwise, students may add a guest to the Family Essentials Orientation session in their next steps center.
  *   Ask the Expert Webinar: Spotlight on Academic Support and Student Involvement will take place tomorrow 6/24 at 3:00 Arizona time and will be recorded and emailed out to families registered for Family Essentials Orientation.   *   We have added another Ask the Expert webinar series for Jul 8, 2025. This one will focus on our new campus mobile CatCard for this fall. Families will have the opportunity to join and ask questions of the CatCard office during this event. It will also be recorded and emailed out to families registered for Family Essentials Orientation.
