Hello Everyone,

This week, we have been getting responses from all the students who were coded incomplete or were true no-shows for any of the Academic Connection dates held before today.



At this time, the only available dates displayed to students are the first three August sessions, which consist of 2 TR and 1 FY sessions.  Many are reaching out to see if we have any earlier dates.



I am offering students who have completed all placements and their Arizona Arrival item a spot in the sessions starting June 23rd through July 2nd.  Since I will be pulling the June 23rd 4-day out roster tomorrow, I am asking that you all review your rosters and make sure the students have their appointments in Trellis.



I understand this may be a bit of an inconvenience and extra work, but I believe you all prefer a smaller number of students for the August sessions.  Keep in mind, I am only adding students once they have completed all the required items, not beforehand, and will only add students 4 days out from the specific ACD session.



We appreciate all that you do to get these students ready and enrolled for the Fall 2025 semester!  You are appreciated!
